This manual is for Signsync staff who run the service for all customers: the publisher team that owns the Marketplace offer, supports customer tenants and reconciles billing. Engineering work (building, deploying, app registrations as code) is in the developer documentation.
Status: partly available. The Publisher Console (console.signsync.eu) has a dashboard, the tenant list and tenant detail, all read-only. The other areas are planned: they show a “Not available yet” page. The tasks in this manual describe the target design (README §6.2) and are not available yet unless a page says otherwise.

Where you work

The Publisher Console is the only place that can see across customer tenants. It never shows the content of a customer’s templates or rules unless that customer has granted support access.

Roles

Staff get access through app roles on the Signsync Publisher Console enterprise application in the publisher tenant. Assign roles to groups rather than to individual users. Users without a role cannot sign in. Every role sees the dashboard (tenants by state, trial conversions, mailbox totals, failing jobs). A Week, Month, Year or All years switch changes every figure on it: tenants, trials, billable mailboxes against the allowance, overage, revenue and new versus churned tenants. Sign-in requirements

  • Sign in with your account in the publisher’s own Entra tenant. Accounts from other tenants are rejected.
  • Conditional Access requires MFA and a compliant device.
  • The Publisher API is a separate service with its own token audience, so a customer token can never call it.
