# Signsync documentation

> Central Outlook email signatures for Microsoft 365, set by rules.

Signsync keeps Outlook email signatures consistent across an organisation. Administrators define named templates and rules (groups, directory attributes, date ranges, sender mailbox, compose context). When someone writes a message, Outlook asks Signsync for the right signature and inserts it.

Pick the manual for your role. Each one is written for its own readers and does not assume you have read the others.

> repository root; these pages hold procedures and reference tables and link
> to it instead of repeating it.
